How it works
CO₂ sensors
We install CO₂, temperature and humidity sensors during the Audit. We record each zone throughout the working day.
Cross-check with occupancy
We read CO₂ alongside the real use of each room, measured with anonymous sensors and no cameras. That shows which rooms get stuffy and when.
Ventilation and materials
We define sufficient ventilation for real occupancy. We specify low-VOC paints, adhesives and sealants: no “new building” smell.
Follow-up
The sensors keep measuring after opening. Results are reported against the day-zero baseline.

Frequently asked questions
Why do you measure CO₂?
Because it shows how much air is renewed in an occupied space. Our design target is to keep it below 800 ppm, and we verify it with sensors.
What are VOCs?
They are volatile organic compounds released by paints, adhesives and sealants. We specify low-VOC products for walls, ceilings and finishes.
Is 800 ppm a legal limit?
No. It is a design reference value; the final one is adjusted to regulations, use and the Audit.
Do the sensors record personal data?
No. They measure the environment and occupancy anonymously, with no cameras.
