Jean Paul Landazuri Silva is the founder and director of Escala Humana, a neuroarchitecture and corporate performance consultancy. An architect with a master’s degree in Interior Design and a doctoral candidate in Project Management with Biomaterials, he has led more than 8,700 m² of projects, including EkoCampus. He studies how biomateriality and evidence-based design transform the wellbeing and performance of organisations.
