Who is responsible for your data

What we ask for

In the form to book an Audit, only what you type: name, email, phone if you provide it, the service you are interested in and your message about your site and team.

We ask you to tick a box saying you agree before sending it.

We do not use cookies or advertising pixels, and this site stores nothing in your browser.

Visit statistics

To know how many visits each page gets we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. When a page loads, your browser sends Cloudflare technical data about the visit: the page, the page you came from, the browser type and your IP address.

Cloudflare uses the IP address only to process the visit and then discards it; it uses no cookies, does not identify you and does not follow you to other sites. We only see aggregate figures. Cloudflare processes this data in the United States and other countries.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which content is useful and in keeping the site running. You can object by writing to us or by blocking the script in your browser; the site works the same.

What we use it for

To reply and arrange the first conversation. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not sign you up to any newsletter.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form or by writing to us. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who it is shared with

With the technical providers that run the site and deliver your message to us, who may only use it for that: the site host (Cloudflare), the service that emails us the form (Resend) and our client management system.

Some of these providers are outside Ecuador, mainly in the United States. By sending the form you accept that international transfer, limited to what is needed to reply to you.

We do not share your data with anyone else, unless a competent authority requires it by law.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not become a project, we delete it within 12 months at most. If you engage a service, your data becomes part of the project file and is kept for as long as contractual and tax obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or receive it in a portable format. Write to administracion@constructoraescalahumana.com; we reply within 15 days at most.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with Ecuador’s Superintendency of Personal Data Protection.

Minors

This site is aimed at companies, not at minors.
