Acoustic office pods
Our pods are called Cognitive Decompression Capsules: acoustic and thermal modules made of parametric totora reed. They install in days, with no construction, on the floor you already have. They let you test before redesigning the whole floor.

Is this your case?
- We have nowhere to take a confidential call.
- Our team has nowhere to recover between blocks of intense work.
- We want to test something small before approving the whole floor.
- Our board wants real data before investing further.
How it works

Week 0
Installation
We install 1 to 3 pods at strategic points on the floor. We run a baseline survey with employees.
Weeks 1–7
Real use
Anonymous usage logging and on-site feedback through a QR code. We visit every two weeks to follow up.
Week 8
Pilot Report
We present usage, perceived stress and focus, and anonymous testimonials to the board.
After the pilot
Your company acquires the pods or adds them to the Workplace Evolution Membership. The Pilot Report opens the door to the audit.

What happens when the pilot ends?
You acquire the pods or add them to the Workplace Evolution Membership. Either way, the report opens the Workplace Performance Audit.

Your company's performance is decided in its space.
It all starts with a Workplace Performance Audit: we measure before we give an opinion.
