Workplace design guidelines
The Spatial Brand Book translates your company’s culture and brand into spatial language. It sets zoning, a material and sensory palette, and guidelines for all your offices. It takes 6 to 10 weeks.
timeline: 6 to 10 weeks

Is this your case?
- We have several offices, and each looks like a different company.
- Our identity is invisible on the floor; the spaces feel anonymous.
- We want shared criteria before opening our next office.
- Our headquarters asks for regional consistency.
How it works

Diagnosis
We start from the audit baseline. We study culture, brand, work modes and decision-makers.
Zoning
We organise the floor by cognitive mode: Threshold, Deep Focus, Agora, Vital Refuges and Living Corridor.
Material and sensory palette
We define biomaterials, light, acoustics and scent for each zone.
Board presentation
The founder presents to the full committee. Each member receives a printed copy with their name.
What you receive
- Zoning by work mode.
- Material and sensory palette with biomaterials.
- Guidelines that apply to all your offices.
- Investment proposal for the fit-out, in editorial format.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
6 to 10 weeks. It ends with a presentation to the full committee.
Do we need the audit first?
Yes. We only work from a diagnosis: the Spatial Brand Book starts from your ROSE baseline.
Does it work for other offices?
Yes. Its guidelines apply to all your offices, including those outside Quito.
What does it cost?
We do not publish fees. The investment is set in the proposal, after the audit.

Your company's performance is decided in its space.
It all starts with a Workplace Performance Audit: we measure before we give an opinion.
