Opening
We hand over a living space: a guided tour for the team, the Ecosystem Manual, the Materials Passport and a letter from the founder.

We run quiet works: night hours, sealed zones, and dust and noise control. Your team moves to a temporary area that is ready in advance.
How long does it take?
It depends on scope. The timeline is fixed in the investment proposal and tracked with a weekly report.
Who is accountable for the works?
One named project director, from start to finish. We run no more than four fit-outs at a time, so the founder stays involved.
What does it cost?
We do not publish fees. The investment is set in the proposal, closed by phase, after the audit.
What happens after handover?
Your company joins the Workplace Evolution Membership. The founder calls you at 30 days, and the first post-occupancy evaluation comes at 90.
