A post-occupancy evaluation checks whether the space performs as designed. It compares each indicator with the day-0 baseline. It ends in the Annual Spatial Impact Report, signed by the founder.

How it works
Day 0
Baseline
An Audit with sensors, surveys, usage and client data. It is the reference point for everything that follows.
Day 90
Post-occupancy
The first evaluation after opening. We fine-tune based on what the data shows.
Month 6
Follow-up
We repeat the survey and the sensor readings. We recalibrate light and acoustics.
Month 12
ROSE report
We deliver the Annual Spatial Impact Report to the board. It opens the next year’s cycle.

What is a post-occupancy evaluation?
It is the measurement of a space once the team is using it. It repeats the baseline indicators and shows what changed.
How is it different from the Workplace Performance Audit?
The Audit measures before any intervention: it delivers the baseline, findings by dimension and three investment scenarios. The post-occupancy evaluation measures afterwards: it delivers progress against that baseline and recommendations for the next year.
When does the first evaluation take place?
Ninety days after opening. It is part of the Workplace Evolution Membership, which starts when the space is handed over.
Can the Annual Report feed our sustainability report?
Yes. It is delivered ready to include in your sustainability report, with its methodology and sources stated.
